Onderhoud

Om jouw yogamat met zorg te reinigen, vind je bij Spiru geschikte Yogamat Reinigers. Zo houd je de mat fris zonder de materialen aan te tasten.

Wassen in de wasmachine wordt afgeraden, omdat dit de mat kan beschadigen. Dompel de mat niet onder in water en vermijd het gebruik van zeep. Dit helpt om de kwaliteit en het aangename gevoel van de mat te behouden.

I grew up in a time where there were very few LBGTQ books and I felt very much an anomaly. I heard great things about this book and wanted to read it. I found the book to be written super simply and not adding much to the conversation. I am glad it exists but it was super simplistic and it really doesn’t add much to the conversations around transitioning. It might be a great book for a kid just starting to figure out who they are.
